"The room was super clean and the staff were always helpful and joyous. The location is great with a beach on the other side of the road and a short car trip to Old Town. Food was surprisingly good, we chose to eat there a couple of nights."

"Property was right on the beach., which was awesome!
Very large but very well laid out . Never felt crowded. Many pools to choose from & beach loungers all had umbrellas & were very comfortable .
Pool towel service needs improvement.
Have to pick up towels at the spa .
3x during our stay there were no towels available. For the caliber of hotel clean beach towels should have been provided in the room daily.
Bathroom lacked towel racks or sufficient hooks ( only 2_for bath towels). Hand towels...

"Ich kann dieses Hotel zu 100% empfehlen. So liebes und herzliches Personal. Kleine Details machen den Aufenthalt sehr besonders. Ganz sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Ich würde in kein anderes Hotel in Chania wollen! Absolut Empfehlenswert!"

"The reception staff were absolutely delightful, they had free transport which was easy to book, although I did not use I feel like this was an amazing idea for people who did not want to worry about parking or car rentals. The hotel looked very modern and brand new, the area was lovely and I would definitely come back. To improve they should not allow people to put their towels on the sun-bed and leave it there for hours unattended, it is unfair for the other guests and ruins the experience. The...
