"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nahezu perfekt. Man konnte in ca. 15 Minuten von der Autobahn zum Hotel fahren ohne dass man durch die ganze Stadt fahren musste. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Wir sind 3 Tage für umgerechnet ca. 15 € mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren. Zur Burg läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, man kann aber auch 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kosten 400 Kronen pro Tag. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war...

"We stayed at this hotel again with our car. Hotel gaves me parking card to use parking lot. Parking building was close to hotel . Very convenient. Hotel is good for parking,breakfast ,traffic to center of city. I recommend this hotel strongly"

"While we were only at the Art Deco Imperial one night before we flew home, it was a treat. Quick checkin, they arranged a taxi for our early flight the next morning and the bell hop offered to take the bags up to the room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful and despite being next to the elevator, was quiet. There was a bottle of wine ( I’m assuming from Expedia) but as we don’t drink alcohol we left it. "Mooi hotel, gelegen aan park en vrij centraal in Praag. Metro vlak bij en tram stopt er goor de deur. Kamer was erg ruim en klassiek ingericht. Dese werd elke dag tijdens m'n afwezigheid opgeruimd en opgefrist door het kamerpersoneel. Enige minpunten waren de niet goed werkende, luidruchtige airco en de gordijnen, die niet goed sloten en veel licht doorlieten. Zeker in de zomer onhandig met zonsopkomst om 4:30.."

"The room was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the check in and out was incredibly easy! It was a good location next to a shopping centre with plenty of places to eat and a supermarket in there. Public transport was nearby making it easy to get around Prague. It was walkable too but took about 30 mins to walk to the touristy areas of Prague."

Breakfast had several options and was very good; however, the hostess was unfriendly and with bad attitude. We had a baby in our group and asked for a highchair and she was not happy with the request. The breakfast area is small so best is to reserve a table for a larger group l. We didn’t know this. Overall, we were happy with our stay."
