Food quality is below other times we stayed there. Budget cuts? Not on rates!!! AC not working properly. Maintenance staff stating "it a good temperature " when you want another. "Great hotel in a great location. Sometimes it’s worth paying more for a luxury experience. Excellent service, outstanding breakfast buffet and beautiful rooftop pool. My room was in the small building next to the main building. It was a great room. Quiet. Easy in and out and no crowded elevator. Amazing shower. Overall highly recommended."

"A quiet spot in Sheikh Jarrah, amidst the hectic bustle of east Jerusalem. Great location, with easy walking distance to the Old City (5 minutes), Salahaddin street (2 minutes), Mamilla Mall (10-15 minutes), Yafo Street (10 minutes). Breakfast is basic but good quality. The courtyard is lovely, and a great place to relax. Wonderful place and I always enjoy my stays here."
