The room was spotless. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the Hotel was so central to everything it was just perfect. Parking outside for suitcase drop off and car park was a three minute walk away. We will definitely book again when in Christchurch.

Theoretically a good location in Christchurch. Rooms and service were fine, only unfortunate thing were the two homeless gentleman that were camping out in front of the hotel right next to the entrance that felt the need to comment when walked by.
