"Clean rooms no bugs."

"The room was awful. It appeared to have been flooded, but they didn’t replace the wood laminate flooring which was swollen and popping up and still damp. The room stunk."

"Comfortable rooms"

"Very basic hotel - I guess hotels are expensive in this area. The room (king suite) had nowhere to hang clothes (no wardrobe, no hooks on the walls). Also no phone, so it wasn’t possible call the desk. There was no ironing board or iron, but the receptionist managed to find one for me."

"Clean! Our room was clean. I even noted the elevator was clean. The woman at the desk was pleasant and helpful."

"The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests."
