"Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend."

"Overall, we had a nice stay. The staff were kind and professional, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Our biggest disappointment was the room. This seems to be an Expedia issue rather than the hotel’s, but the room we booked was pictured with a balcony, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. When we arrived, the room was much smaller and had no balcony. There were also a few minor issues: the refrigerator didn’t keep things very cold, we would have appreciated a couple more bath...

"The staff were nice. We were excited by the close hot springs and the property details the hot springs appear to be out the back. That was not the case they were 29 miles away. Also the ice machines were not present or working. The vending machines were not working either."

"Our check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was especially sweet to our little dog, which made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pet area was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for our small dog.
