"Chambre et hôtel très propre et très moderne. Par contre l'emplacement pas top. Loin du centre-ville surtout que les trams étaient hors service pendant notre séjour. Nous avons pris exprès l'hôtel la à cause du Spa, mais c'était une catastrophe. Il y a une limitation de 30 personnes sans réservation donc il faut faire la queue. Pas relaxant du tout à cause du bruit les gens ne respectent pas et le personnel ne n'intervient pas, même pour le massage qui a été au top mais malheureusement...

"Booked a 1 night stay in a standard double classic room. It was on the 1st floor. The room was very pleasant, lovely coffee machine and fridge with carton of fresh milk and juice, bottle of prosecco also left in ice bucket in room, great shower. Looked out onto an internal courtyard which was very grim."

"We loved this hotel and would absolutely stay there again. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge with a wonderful soaker tub. The room and bathroom were spotless. Great location within a short walk to the main square, parking available very close by and less than a 5 minute walk to access the train. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous, as was dinner the one night we ate at the restaurant."

"Great central hotel. As hotel is very central, you will get street noise into the early hours and then deliveries and cleaning early morning. The positives outweigh this. Air conditioning not great, room a bit hot."

"Such a gorgeous hotel, don't let the fact that it's not right in the centre of Krakow out you off. Still a brilliant base to get around especially if you want a little bit of luxury. Couldn't fault our stay!"

"No wash cloth/handtowels, no microwave and small fridge. We traveled with kids, we need a bit more counter space inside the bathroom. I'm also a work traveler, the work table space was too small."
