"My family of 4 stayed one night in June 2026. We loved the view and enjoyed strolling around the grounds and surrounding neighborhood in the evening. The check-in process was a bit challenging, due to poor coverage with our portable wifi and electronic check-in being the only option. We got it sorted, but would not have had another option if trouble persisted. This accommodation is far from town, but we had a car and used their free parking. The room was clean and spacious, we would stay here again!"

"My husband grabbed a snack bar by the buffet area, he didn’t know that it’s not part of the complimentary breakfast. Later, we saw the sign “Honesty Bar”. It’s quite sarcastic because nothing was in English except for that, it would be fair if there’re price tags letting people aware of it. We travel there with the main purpose of using the Bath, but was told that it was closed for annual maintenance until the last day of our stay. It would be nice for the Hotel to mention something in the information section before we paid for the stay."

"Good hotel, off to the side of the hustle and bustle but yet safe. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and staff very friendly. The internet was unstable and there is no AC which was an issue as it was a very hot day. However, they provided a fan which helped. Be aware that they have an elevator from the reception to you room but there’s a flight of stairs from the front door to the reception which was difficult for us with large bags."

"Sweet apartment in Old Town of Chur. perfect location for seeing the sites, catching the train, taking the gondola up the mountain and access to the multitude of hiking options. The apartment was spotless and well-appointed. incredibly convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit in particular. I saw the other comments about a night club but I did not see one - there is a bar right across from the apartment building but with the windows closed I could not hear a thing, plus there is definitely a time ordinance for such venues to shut down nightly. Wish I could have stayed longe!"

"Spectacular view of the valley from this hotel! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Conveniently located next to a bus stop, and our hotel stay included bus passes which was very helpful for getting around. The breakfast spread was excellent!"

"The hotel was impeccably clean and I slept like I hadn't slept in weeks. I did not have the breakfast, but it's apparently legendary. My only issue was with the self-check-in. The person in the check-in area simply repeated that I self-check in through the computer in the check-in area. I didn't book directly with the hotel so my reservation number did not work. I asked for help and I simply received the repeated reply of "self-check on the computer." Had this person clicked even one button for me, I would have been able to take it from there. As it was, it took me nearly 20 minutes of trying and failing, asking for help, looking for alternative means of checking in, etc. Eventually, I was able to check in through trial and error and everything was fine after that. But after a long day of traveling, this experience was incredibly frustrating and the staff member was seemingly quite averse to even getting me started in the right direction. Again, everything else about the hotel was absolutely fabulous."
