"For Naturalist it is a paradise, beautiful, peaceful and serene. You must however have own transport, otherwise you are a bit stranded at the hotel. So try and rent transportation, my taxi transfer cost to the hotel and back cost more then my 2 night stay at the hotel. Staff at hotel very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank the manager at the hotel for sorting out taxi transfer from the hotel to the port - I made it in time for my ferry. It is very difficult to get taxi transfers...

"This was easily the best hotel we stayed in during our trip around the island. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and in an excellent location for the wineries and local restaurants. "Very poor quality food, limited choices, poor housekeeping, in our 10 day stay, our sheets were changed once, the room was not cleaned at all. The pool dirty/cloudy and constantly full of bugs, and was generally in bad condition with broken lights, tiles (with sharp edges) and plagued with ants. Drinks were the usually cheap all inclusive type, and frequently some types were out of stock. Staff were generally friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay again."

"More like a 3.5 than a 5*. Overall property was clean but the Cleaning staff was a bit difficult and did not clean our room properly on both days. Not many food options or shall i say good options for vegetarians/ vegan. Reception staff is overall nice and friendly but can be selective with their behaviour at times. "
