"We were looking for one night real close to the airport. Truly was not expecting much. This place was better than some of the hotels I stayed in on my trip. First off, AC….much of Italian hotels control the ac for all the rooms as they see fit ( hot as hell). This place you control your AC. Second, the staff was AMAZING from check in to check out. The rooms were extremely clean and practical. And if all that still doesn’t wow u. So happens that the hotels restaurant is one of the best in Milan! You actually have to make reservations of how good it is. Can’t say more! You must stay here! Oh yea and they have parking."

"The hotel itself is huge and so were the rooms. If you’re going to be flying early out of MXP, this is the place to stay. From leaving my room to my gate was less than 15 minutes!"

"Room was clean. Arrived late. Staff took ages to check us in. I asked for help to use the vending machine as it didnt seem to be accepting my card. Wasnt sure if i was doing something wrong. She wasnt interested. Asked if the bar was open. Was told it was, but nobodybwas manning it. I didnt have time to stand around and wait as we had an early mroning flight. Had 2 kids with me who went to bed thirsty. Staff were poor. Ordered a transfer for early morning which turned up prompt. "

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and don't work with apps like Netflix or screen casting. Also, the room was on the warmer side, and we couldn't get the AC to cool it down, so we had to sleep with the window open. Another thing we didn't like was that the shuttle service costs extra. I'm used to free shuttles to and from the airport, which are really common back home, so having to pay for that was another disappointment. Overall, though, it's a beautiful hotel in a great location, just with some things that could be improved."

"We stayed here for an early flight, rooms were clean and comfortable. I can't comment on the breakfast as were up and out for 6am. The shuttle bus is 5 euros per adult kids are free, you have to ring the hotel to arrange for them to collect you from the airport. Great service though."

"Things looked far better from photos than reality. The common spaces are nice, the room it's self was lacking. There was no iron in the room. The blow dryer worked intermittently, and we spilled water on the floor and then we cleaned it up the floor was very dirty. There is not separate shampoo, soap and conditioner. Only one product was provided. The door was not working properly and my husband cut his hand when we first arrived just opening the door. Maybe other rooms are better equipped but ours was lacking and I would not recommend. "
