"The staff was amazing and the grounds are wonderful. There is a great path from the hotel down to the lake that I wished we knew about earlier in our visit. It was helpful and allowed a little exercise in between shopping, boating and eating. I did not find the bed or the linens to be particularly comfortable the bed didn’t have a top sheet which was unusual. I also wish the hotel shuttle ran a bit more consistently during the day because taxis are very expensive for just a short drive....

"Lovely stay. Could look at the view from my apartment all day. Staff were lovely, breakfast delicious and the plentiful supply of veg from the garden made a amazing salads. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel du Lac. The location is perfect, right next to the ferry pick-up and drop-off, which made getting around and exploring the lake so easy. Diyana on reception was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful and took the time to help me work out the ferries and plan where I wanted to go. She really went above and beyond and made my stay even better. Breakfast was fantastic too, with a great selection and plenty of choice. It’s such a lovely hotel in a brilliant location, with genuinely friendly staff. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. I couldn’t recommend it enough!"

"After visiting several cities around Lake Garda, we agreed that stying in Salò was the best decision. The hotel is perfectly located just off the main street, surrounded by restaurants and only a short walk from the lake. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay. The only thing we missed was having a view from our room either of the lake or the old town. Next time, we will definitely book a room with a window and a view! My boyfriend and I completely fell in love with Lake Garda. Everywhere we went gave us that “wow” feeling, and Salò was such a beautiful place to experience it from. We also rented a scooter, which was a great way to explore more of the lake by road rather than only by ferry. The public transportation is also very convenient and easy to use, especially for someone who has never used public transportation in Italy before. We would definitely come back and stay here again! ❤️🇮🇹"

"We had a lovely one night stay at Hotel Vita. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was large, clean and well appointed. The car park is large. There is an electric vehicle charging point, which you pay for on departure. The bar area is nice and there is a great pool area with loungers. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk into Salo. There is a very busy road which runs past it so highly recommend a lake view room if you don't want road noise."
