"Super friendly staff and wonderful location "

"We had the basic room but it had all the amenities we needed for our one night stay, and it was impeccably clean. The hotel is located up a flight of stairs (second or third floor), but our room was a half-floor above ground level which meant we didn't have to carry luggage up so far. When we did have to check out we stored our luggage with the front desk for a few hours, and staff came and helped carry our heavier bags up! "Emanuele was a very friendly and helpful host - he helped me with parking (tip, don’t hire a car in Palermo!) and even presented us with birthday cake for my wife’s birthday- nice touch!"

The area is in the heart of most the historical sites, challenging walk from parking lot to hotel with luggage but that is to be expected.
