"The location is excellent, but be aware there is no staff or security on-site after midnight. During our stay, guests were partying on the roof deck directly above the second-floor bedroom until after 4:00 a.m. Several room doors were left wide open, with groups of people moving in and out and using the hallway as an extension of the party. There was no one available to contact, no supervision, and no security presence. If something had happened, you would have been completely on your own....

The rooms were spacious, spotless, very comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, which was a dream in the July heat. We also loved the concept store nearby; it has such a great selection and really adds to the whole experience. Alessandra was incredibly welcoming and gave us fantastic local recommendations that made our time in Noto even more special. We’d happily stay here again."

"Grazie Giovani ! A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel! What lovely staff and hospitality. The garden, was spectacular at night time with a glass of Prosecco. The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled. I would return to Noto tomorrow, mostly to say hello to him and see this beautiful home."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Landolina. The room and whole property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely and a good selection. Highlight of the stay was the swimming pool, we had it to ourselves a couple of afternoons, and there is a little pool bar that they serve drinks from in the afternoon which was a nice surprise. The owner sent us a list of local recommendations, which was very useful and all were great recommendations....
