We were given a room with the loft, which we did not think about the bath room being on the lower ground (not convenient at night), and difficuly to walk the stairs at the end of touring the city. "Clean room, location was perfect. Walking distance to a lot of main sites and it felt very secure. They did not allow early check-in, nor could I store my luggage to walk around the city when my flight arrived earlier than expected. This was a bummer however I understand their policies and my stay was still wonderful! Just prepare to not be able to enter the building until 3pm sharp. "

"An excellent apartment with two bathrooms, perfectly situated for seeing the sights of Prague. We were extremely happy with everything! Quiet, safe - a great experience. "

"Very convenient location, right in the middle of Old Town. Apartment is clean and quiet. Communication with host is fine. The apartment is accessed through codes. The code controller panel did not work one evening. But the issue was resolved within 15 mins. We stayed in the Cinderalla and there is enough space for two people with 1 large suitcase and 1 roller bag. Kitchen utensils are basic. Microwave and burner. No oven or toaster. Recommended. "

"The location was fantastic- we could see the astronomical clock from our room and we stepped out into Old Town. At night if you like quiet ask for back rooms. The rooms were overly spacious with a very nice kitchen with washer/dryer. Only one staff person was personable, the rest….. only issue we had was the tub/shower - beautiful but for older people so unsafe. Approximately 2.5’ wall to step over and NO handrails. Water pressure puts USA to shame."
