"This is a wonderful hotel with impeccable service. The staff was incredibly helpful with our car reservation logistics and provided great parking information. "beautiful boutique hôtel, staff was amazing!"

"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Hotel is beautiful decorated and staff responded quickly. Key feedback is that the towels need to be replaced, some of the glassware was dirty, and the curtains on the bed frame are worn and appear that if you touch them they will fall off. Overall excellent communication, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, and great location. However a few tweaks needed to elevate the stay."

"Amazing staff and perfect amenities! The A/C gave us a hard time and it was hot at night but the pool was awesome during the day!"

"Very well located of main shopping and dining street, and very walkable from main sightseeing spots."

"The location is excellent for its position next to the Porta Nuova, though it is on the scrappy side rather than the nice side. The rooms are simple but some have balconies. The staff is incredibly helpful and sympathetic."
