"They charge me $35 dollars more bec i got there 1 hour early .the guy at the desk was so rude about it. i get to the room bathroom is so small the the sink is in the bed room. Elevator was glitchy. The tv didn’t work. Netflix would not show on the screen .. tv was so small it was level to the bed so you couldn’t see it. Definitely never staying here again."

Ham slices floating in water to keep them from drying out. Waffle iron seemed to not be in working order. Apple juice was watered down to the point it tasted like water with a splash of apple. Nastiness all around."

"The hotel was okay, but I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, because we were 5, me, my husband and 3 kids (17,13 & 9). We got there and they said they were full (even though I made the reservation for the room I needed), so they gave me a room with 2 full size beds. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor, because they said it was nothing they could do. The 2 nights we booked, my son had to sleep on the floor. They said the best they could do was to give me some bed sheets to put...

"This was the most dismal, bleak hotel I have ever stayed in. VERY basic, aged, worn but the worst part was the front desk staff. The man was okay, somewhat friendly but there was a woman who was present almost all the time. I stayed (unfortunately) 4 nights. She was extremely unfriendly, seemed to have extreme difficulty communicating, didn't make any eye contact and could barely respond in the most basic ways. Appreciate that she has somes sort of issues but perhaps she should have more of a...

We were on the third floor and there was a party being had in one of the hotel rooms a few doors over both Friday night and Saturday night which kept my kids up. There was used soap bars in our shower and although I didn’t see anything on the bed, I definitely had a good itchy going on. The pool was nice and not too deep, they supplied...
