I shared a few minor comments regarding wear and tear, and she took immediate steps to follow up on them. Great food options too. The hospitality and responsiveness of the team truly stood out. "Lovely rooms I had , upgraded, my room key packed in after one day annoying but got sorted quickly, breakfast was okay but I travelled alone , so every time I went from my table they kept taking my coffee away, had to keep ordering a new one 😬 but generally it was a nice place "
