"We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms and facilities were really nice as well as clean. All of the staff were really friendly, lovely and helpful. They were quick to respond to any issue we had. One of which was the fact that the bedrooms didn't have a mirror near to a plug socket. Maybe not used to western women staying. However they quickly found us a mirror for each bedroom. When we seemed to have a problem with the air con late at night, again someone was quick to come and help...

"The Ambassador Ajanta is an older property. While in some ways it looks dated, it is still a very nice hotel with great service overall. The front desk staff, especially Tasleem, were very helpful. They also accommodated our late checkout even when they were fully booked. I would say there was some confusion about our kids. "Overall the hotel is good relative to the price paid. Location is super as it is near to the airport, on the main road, and near to the downtown. Service is good as well and staffs are friendly. Breakfast served is simple but very tasty. Lunch and dinner are just average. Cleanliness and decos are good."
