"I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First, they gave me a wrong room—I had booked a quadruple, but they gave me a single. Then, I found a cookie inside a drawer, and a cockroach actually came out of it. To make matters worse, one of the sinks was also not working. The rooms were not clean at all. I expected a much better experience—definitely won’t be returning."

"This was the most perfect stay we could have had. A beautiful hotel property with awesome amenities and very helpful and friendly staff. Very walkable distance to the main street and beach. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Barra de Navidad and we hope to be back soon."

"I loved that the place had beach access. They had two pools and the had a parking garage that is closed off at night. The town and neighborhood felt very safe but it is was a nice touch to have that option for your vehicle. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. I loved the decor of the place, it was just a great vibe overall."
