We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Outside of the hotel doesn’t look that promising but inside it was immaculately clean & I loved my room on the eleventh floor with panoramic view of the city (prettier at night!). Kettle, fridge, iron & toiletries provided. Gym was small but more than adequate. Pool was lovely although sadly the sun didn’t shine. Mall next door was an added bonus.
