Firsr I didnt like that the pool was down. At booking it should state thay the pool is down and customers should be pro rated for that fact because hotels do cost more with pools. Second the breakfast was poor. The juice machine wasnt working, the micro stopped working. There was no hot foods like egs, sausage, bacon, etc... and they had no cream cheese for their bagels. Third, i had reserved oir room for 5 people. We only received 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for 5 people. When we went to the desk to ask for 1 more towel and a couple eash cloths, they told us we have to bring our dirty to exchange them. Thats unacceptable. We should be given tje proper amount of towels and wash cloths for the amount of people reserving the room. Fourth the worker I dealt with in the morning at breakfast time kept rolling his eyes at me when I asked about his juice machine and tje microwave. So disrespectful. This hotel/suite cost way too much money for the services we received. We will not stay here anymore unless absolutely necessary.
