This resulted in over two hours of unnecessary delays before we were finally given access to the room. Additionally, the listing advertised wired internet; however, when we attempted to use it, it was not working. Instead of assisting us, the staff member simply gave us a phone number to call, which caused us to spend another hour trying to resolve the issue ourselves, which never ended...

Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. "Need treadmill, a basic fitness machine. Shower drained slowly. Bathroom door trolley system was noisy due to loose and missing hardware. Need simple green tea. Need more gluten free and dairy free options at breakfast. Sign said major allergens, but no labels elsewhere. No hardboiled eggs in stock. Keycard was annoying for elevator, but maybe a necessity. if so, volunteer more than 2 keycards for family. Tree branch had fallen in parking lot, other trees looked to be cracking, so need tree...

"The perfect location to enjoy exploring Fort Collins. The Hotel was a charming old building right on college street and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Clean newer building, nice clean modern room with 2 tvs, nice view from 4th floor, small clean pool, small clean hot tub, higher rate with convenient breakfast buffet. Eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, salsas, waffle maker, yogurt, hot oatmeal, toast, bagels, apple orange juice, coffee, tea. Kitchen and bar menu with convenient store.
