"Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff, skywalks to shopping and restaurants so very convenient. Love the apples and water at checkin and the breakfast at Eques is great. Only complaints are the $7 per package charge for receiving a package, and the lukewarm temp water in the shower. Overall a great hotel experience I will stay again."

"We were only there for one night but it was perfect for our situation. We were traveling with our dogs, and this was the only place that would allow 3 pups. The place was super clean albeit a bit outdated. The room was super quiet, and the neighborhood was perfect for walking the dogs. Plenty of parking around the building. We will be coming back next time we are in the city."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were pretty extensive renovations going on which limited the use of elevators, we took the stairs which was fine but not ideal when on higher floors. Beds were comfortable, black out shades were great and the room was quiet and comfortable."

"What a sad change this once beautiful property has undergone. Clearly the company is keeping it only for the land in excellent location. No true handicap access because the parking access is full of holes and crack bumps it’s not safe for cane, walker, or chair. Ice upstairs and no elevator so also ADA noncompliant. "We had a great stay at Hyatt House. The staff and housekeeping team were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus especially with a toddler. We also appreciated the on-site amenities like the pool, laundry facilities, and bar, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again."
