"The owners were great hosts and would do anything they could to make for a great stay. As with most or all properties in Riomaggarie there many steps. The views and food were great. You just have to accept extra effort. This would be very hard if handicapped. Lee"

"Great location just inside ZTL at top of village with view over town to sea. Staff met us at barrier and assisted us to access and park (tight and $25, but v convenient). good dining options. 10 min walk to Via dell Amore. As temporary resident of Riamaggiore, our Cinque Terre hiking pass got us unlimited/unrestricted access to Via dell Amore. Nice hike over to Manarola and Corniglio with convenient train back. Excellent breakfast for small charge"

"We couldn't change settings on air conditioning, but we never asked for help, either. We got very cold...but ultimately that is our fault. We should have gotten help..or blankets. The staff were very friendly and helpful at front desk. Our dinner was spectacular!!! I would definitely stay here again!. Our view from our room was beautiful. The pool and hottub bar area was soo beautiful. Thank you, Porto Roco for an amazing stay! I also loved having a shuttle ."
The Vernazza Suites in Cinque Terre

"We stayed in room 3, which did not have a proper door. It was more like a sliding door with tainted windows, so sound and light travelled a lot from the hallway. One night other people that were staying at the Vernazza Apartments came in around 2 am and were pretty loud, even knocking on our door and wanting to open our apartment! The apartment was clean, however we only had one roll of toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap. There were no refills as there is no human being to contact with, only a What's App chat bot. Lots of steep steps to go up so keep that in mind. I would probably try to get another apartment that has views of the ocean if I return to Vernazza."

"L'emplacement est magnifique, loin des regards, une vue exceptionnelle. Les déjeuners "maison" sont de bonnes qualité. Les seuls "hic" sont la distance avec le village de Vernazza et l'accès. Le transport en commun de soir est à 19:00, donc pas de marge de manoeuvre. L'hôtel devrait donner plus de détails sur le transport et l'accès. Sentier pédestre assez difficile pour accéder au village, mais vue imprenable. Chambre petite. Les proprios sont très gentils et serviables. Belle expérience."
