"The location of this property is amazing, 10 minute walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and some historical sites and natural beauty to explore. The property I think appears larger in the pictures and the single area in front of the door where you can sit outside could benefit from a few pot plants but the property is beautifully air conditioned, clean and the host was very accommodating and communicative on getting us set up and sorting any queries we had. A great stay :)"

"The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

"Great location, amazing ocean views, nice rooms, housekeeping service good. Complimentary breakfast is pretty awful. No restaurant or store on the property. No place to get ice, beverages or water for drinking. Breakfast staff not very friendly. Within walking distance to town and beach which is wonderful. The beach has great loungers and umbrellas, which we used everyday at no additional charge."

The metalwork was all rusted and the sun screen roofing material was 90% gone I should add they do have indoor parking at an extra 5 euro. 20 instead of 15 However the outdoor parking had prime place in front of the hotel and it completely detracts from the hotel"

"Breakfast was the same everyday. The first night we arrived we asked front desk for recommendations on a restaurant for dinner and they told us they have dinner menu at the hotel. We had dinner and we were very disappointed with our food. They had a set menu. They had a buffet station with salads and fruit. You were able to choose one of 2 pastas and one of 2 entrees. Me and my husband had a combination of the food so we can try the different foods. Both pastas were barely room temperature Fish was dry and cold seemed like it sat out for a while before serving. Meat was room temperature and tough. Did not enjoy this at all! Beach umbrellas and 2 chairs were 30 euros where the beach right next door was 15 euros and another one was 20 euros. We stayed at beaches next door! They were great and had a restaurant as well that was very good. Why spend extra money?? Overall experience was ok"

Disappointed that we booked a superior double room and were advised that we were “upgraded” upon check in to a family room which was in the basement! No option given. It was quiet and dark but not what we booked. Hotel is NOT near the beach so don’t be fooled by the pics. Property was lovely but very dated and in need of update."
