The room service was prompt and consistent, breakfast offered both quality and variety, and the restaurants delivered a truly top-tier dining experience. We especially enjoyed our visits to El Dar, where the atmosphere, food, and hospitality made each evening memorable. The spa facilities were equally impressive — from the indoor thermal pool to the treatments themselves, everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The private beach and outdoor pool added another layer of relaxation, while the music nights brought a lovely energy to the evenings."

"Great staff, they were very helpful with room service left out window open all day and upgraded us to a suit. But overall expect extreme tourist pricing on everything else. AC had problems all over the building. No actual beach access. Do yourself a favour and just go to Greece or Italy. "
