"Very disappointed with my stay at Americas Best Inn in Bastrop. My room had rust around the sink and bathtub drains, buildup on the shower head, and hair left in the tub. The front desk showed me four other rooms, but every one had the same issues. This wasn’t a one-room problem—it appeared to be a property-wide cleanliness and maintenance issue. Guests deserve better."

Noise started early in the morning with no warning or concern from the staff. Room was missing minimal amenities including facial tissue, no body wash in the shower, No thermostat for the AC so you have to get up in the night to turn it on and off depending on temperature you want. "The front staff were helpful. Both rooms they put us in, had lights that did not work and one had blood on the wall in the bathroom."

"The stay was horrible. Got a room that smelled terribly of weed and cigarettes. Sheets didn’t look clean either. The smell was so strong that my family couldn’t sleep. We were told that there were no more rooms available. Probably the worse stay I have ever experienced."
