"Paid for a city view and got a partial weird view. I did not complain as we showed up before check in and they gave us our room. Elevator waits are long during busy times schedule yourself accordingly. Happy they are open to the public again."

"Great Hotel. Great location unless you are planning to drive in and out of the hotel on. Daily basis since Time Square traffic can become stand still at times. Had a room in the back of the hotel which was perfectly quiet. The grab and go breakfast at Bond was our least favorite option. Better to go to Carve and the best is to pay 6.5 dollars and to opt for the sit down option at the hotel. Love the extra security to get to the elevators on top of the need to use your card to use them."
