"1. WiFi in the room I had at the back was spotty and hard to log onto 2. For the Continental Breakfast one day, there was no cutlery laid out 3. Very annoyed to have a 3% surcharge for credit cards added on without notice"

"It was quit and a nice hotel the staff was cery nice. The check in was easy. The beds was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to stay in torrington."

"Second time staying. We like that dogs stay free, and that they can run outback. Nearby hiking. Easy parking. Check-in is easy. But, it’s ultimately a dingy roadside motel with a funky coat of paint, and a vintage photo on the wall. Shower had hair on floor, wall, and curtain. Soap dispensers (what is this a public bathroom?) were covered in grime. The rolling shades fell from the window when I tried using them. I don’t think we’d come back. Place needs a refresh. "
