"21-24Aug stay. We booked for 3 adults and 2 kids but ended up with only 2 adults travelling and 2 kids. We were upgraded at check in with a Balcony view of Melbourne Central Business District. Room was clean and staff were very welcoming. On the first day we had to figure out how to work the car lift key as we had parked in the basement but we managed and it was an awesome experience travelling in the car lift. Sealife Melbourne was across from the hotel and we got to ride the tram as well. ...
