"Clean & pleasant and walking distance to Garibaldi station. I didn’t have the breakfast or use the nice gym. I did enjoy the complementary lemon water in the lobby & bedroom."

"Everything about the hotel itself was immaculate. When we came down to the lobby at 5:15 a.m. to catch an early train to Paris, there were hundreds of young people partying in the street in front of the hotel. The lace was trashed. Loud music. Dozens of shouting drunk people. Threatening environment for sure. The gentleman at the desk was frustrated and embarrassed, saying “It is every night”. He called 3 huge security guys to escort us through the crowd across the street to the train station....

"The hotel is in an excellent location, making it very convenient to explore Milan. However, the property feels a bit dated, and the room could use some updates. One of the lights in our room wasn’t working, and the overall lighting was quite dim. Since we checked in late at night and left early the next morning, we didn’t bother reporting the issue to the hotel. Overall, the location is definitely a plus, but the room’s condition and lighting could be improved to make the stay more comfortable"
