"The night staff Antonio was warm and friendly when he greeted me. I was on a later flight and arrived at midnight. He was delightful. Then there was the man on day shift. His demeanor was closed and he never smiled or got up from his chair. In fact, he scooted in the chair to the areas behind the front desk. He really couldn’t be bother to be pleasant with any guest."
