"Parking was confusing. Where to pull up to the entrance was wrong in GPS. Needed multiple passes for parking multiple cars which was overlooked by staff at checkin"

"We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay at Fairfield Inn. We did not arrive until past midnight and were worried about finding safe parking, but that was not a problem at all. The room was equipped nicely, and was exceptionally clean. All staff were very friendly, and we had two random employees ask us about our stay. Breakfast was good with a good variety. We were vry pleased wtih the stay. The late checkout at noon was a pleasant surprise and much apprciated."

"Upon check in the staff was not very friendly. We did have a great experience with the valet staff. They went out of their way to help us. Our room was very spacious but it could have used a good cleaning."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Our only complaint was the parking. When we arrived, the check-in/valet parking was so crowded that we had no where to park. We circled the block a few times and then found off street parking about a block away. After we got checked in, we could park in the garage. Had it been better explained prior to arrival, it wouldn't have been as stressful."

"Very busy with no much help. My room, mainly bathroom was not wiped cleaned. Sunk facet and door had either soap or toothpaste splattered on it and toilet was not cleaned well. I always bring clorox wipes and wiped them down myself. No one answered front desk when i called. Not enough help at front desk."

"The room I booked was supposed to be riverview but I could only see the roof and the building across the street. The pullout bed was not clean and there was a hair in the shower on the shampoo bottles. No I would not recommend you stay at this hotel. Although the staff were very helpful and kind."

"The location of the hotel is perfect and is very clean and well maintained. The restaurant is expensive so we walked around the corner to Chili Macs for breakfast each day. The cost to park a car per day is expensive enough at $39 but the hotel initially charged me $117 per day ($39x3) for the 3 days for a total of $350 plus tax instead. Luckily I checked the receipt before I left. The hotel overall is very nice and centrally located, but review your receipt upon checkout for erroneous charges!"

"Arch is outside my window in the morning. Four restaurants to choose from under one roof. Breakfast is awesome with buffet or menu. Full bar in the evening is relaxing. A staff member walked ne down the street to my Uber. Great customer service."

"Facility was clean but most of the staff weren't very helpful and were slow/no urgency, with the exception of the room cleaners who were very kind. Valet was the worst. The pool was closed for our entire stay because someone broke glass in it, which was irritating that glass would be allowed in the pool area at all. Our kids were really disappointed to not be able to use this amenity. Also, waited over an hour for a bellhop to come assist with bringing our luggage down just for them to never...
