Esta muy muy lejos de ser un hotel de 5 estrellas!!,demasiado caro para los pocos o escasos servicios que tiene. El inodoro se atascaba....no había presencia de personal en el hotel,todo a través de telf. o WhatsApp....habiatacion demasiado pequeña.. Precio desorbitado de la habitación para lo que es el hotel. Lo único destacable la ubicación que era perfecta.

El Hotel es precioso y la habitación tal y como aparece en la foto, muy bonita. La localización es excepcional, en el centro de Ciutadella, con un montón de bares y restaurantes al rededor pero sin que sea una zona ruidosa. También hay un supermercado a 1 minuto. El único pero que le pondría es que había un olor fuerte (como de amoniaco, o podría ser el cloro del jacuzzi) constantemente. Todo lo demás, perfecto. Lo recomiendo

Es una monada de hotel y lel personal es amabilisimo. Tiene yn pequeño spa en el sotano que vale la pena usar. Las habiraciines estan decoradas a base de la arquitectua menorquina, encalado blanco y maderas naturales, los jabones de amenity, huelen muy bien, cafetera. Agua, te y si quieres mas nevera y snackd en la habitacion.... por poner una pega?? Que el baño no tiene puerta y se encuentra integrado en la habitacion. Si alguien tiene un dia descompuesto, no tiene mucha intimidad. Pero eso .... cada uno sabe como lo trata
