"excellent stay!"

"The location is perfect and the ground reminded me of a Secret Garden, beautiful and lush. The inside was clean, luxurious and rustic. We loved it, breakfast and dining area was clean and cute. We will be recommending to our family to stay here! Absolutely enchanting!"

"Beautiful and cozy house with a pool and very helpful staff."

"This property is a beautiful restored country property in a lakeside setting. Chiara and Martin are gracious hosts and talented cooks. Visting the major tourist destinations like Firenze, Roma the Amalfi coast can be overwhelming this place is like an oasis of calm. Bit of a secret garden with a total peace and love vibe removed from the standard tourist jam. Namaste"

The staff was amazing, and especially Daniela at the reception desk who made us feel like at home. She had lots of recommendations of things to do in the area and made sure we had vegan and vegetarian options at breakfast. The location is very convent if you have a car, as most of the towns like Todi, Perugia, Orvieto and so on are...
