"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "Our stay was wonderful. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The tour and tasting was a must have experience. The grounds are beautifully designed and maintained. Our only problem was the coffee maker had to be replaced because it didn’t work, and no instant coffee was provided. I did miss my timely first cup prior to getting dressed. Overall, it was a lovely experience. "

"Most beautiful property! Staff was incredible, kind and helpful. We ate at the restaurant both nights and it was delicious. Wait staff was the best! The owner even gave us rides back to our room. It was the most peaceful feeling to be there. Spacious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a truly peaceful experience!"
