"The check in clerk was sub par. She left us standing at her desk for several minutes while she was on her computer . No explanation and there was a long line of other guests waiting behind us. Some of those guests were starting to get upset at the long wait with no explanation. "

"The room looked like it had been a nice hotel once, but needs updating. Not the worst I’ve stayed in but also not a hotel I’d go out if my way to recommend to others. We would probably stay again, though. The price and proximity to our destination was worth it for us. The duvets/comforters were very worn and had cigarette burn holes in them. The beds were sunken in. The TV didn’t work. Despite that, the sheets and blankets were clean and we slept pretty well. Everything as decently clean, we felt safe and comfortable staying there. The breakfast was better than expected with a pancake maker, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. My husband really liked the biscuits and gravy, and he can be picky. My kid also loved the breakfast for carb loading before his game. Picking a hotel with a breakfast was a good deal."
