"The property was nice, convenient to downtown and the highway and clean. Also appreciated availability of Starbucks counter in the lobby. My only complaint is that my husband and I were separated in travel, and I had the reservation in my name. He arrived before I and because the reservation was not in his name, the receptionist wouldn't even consider allowing him to check in - even by confirming his last name and address are the same on his license. And, she was particularly snippy and complained about 3rd party reservations. This was disappointing. He and my daughter had to wait a couple hours for me to arrive and check us in. The receptionist in the afternoon was lovely and helpful. Not so much with the earlier receptionist. Otherwise, I would certainly stay here again."
