"Overpriced for what is it. Rooms are outdated, shower barely worked, weird stains on curtains. Exceptionally rude receptionist. Condescending tone and not very helpful. The only good thing was location so if you must stay here $40 upgrade for a view was worth it."

"Good room with an exceptional view of the Port A Harbor. We had a nice breeze at night but our room had no A/C. Just a fan. Not sure if entire hotel was like that. Close to downtown and places to eat and shop. Loved going whale watching from the port . We were happy to see there was an elevator but the check in person did not mention that breakfast was available or what times . Overall it was a good stay"

"This is a fine hotel if you are aiming for something less expensive than the local fancy one (the xxx), or want to be close to the hospital (this is just 2 blocks away), or convenient to the harbor walk trail. But it has some issues worth being aware of. "Very rude front desk lady in the AM. We reserved & paid for 4 occupants. Our room had 2 towels total. The office was closed in PM, when we realized. At 7am the office opened, we went immediately to get 2 towels & the lady was so horrible in her response. She said there were no towels, not even hand towel or wash cloth.
