"I am trying to get the $100.00 hold on the hotel back. Instead of it being a hold they charged my card the $100.00. I called and was told it would be a week for them to refund what was suppose to be a hold. It is 6 days and so far they have not credited us. We only slept there. There is no reason to charge for damages. No one was around when we left so I just put the keys on the counter at 6 AM. I have never had a hold actually charged before. Now I am fighting to get my hold money back....

"Appeared to be under some construction with noted removal of trim in areas. The gym was awesome, but you did have to pay for a continental breakfasts, which was $11 a person and you paid before entering so I wasn’t aware that it was just a normal buffet style meal. That’s typically included in a hotel stay. I have Alpha Gal so this was a waste for me. "
