"Everything was great except one thing. The need to get rid of the staff member who checked me in! She clearly does not want to be there. When asking her questions, it felt like I was stuck in an automated phone system that only had one response. She was condescending and not helpful at all! When I asked to change rooms because the room she gave me did not match the description of the room I reserved, she begrudgingly changed the room. While she was doing so, she said (under her breath, but loud enough for me to hear) "Now I have to mark that room as dirty". When I asked her about breakfast, she pointed down the hall and said "it's that way". She never provided me with the coupons I needed to to utilize the breakfast buffet. I had pre-paid for breakfast when making my reservation. This person needs to find a job that doesn't require her to work with the public."
