"Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and large, clean rooms. Beds were okay - not too soft or hard. Water pressure was excellent. Use of gym across parking lot was a huge plus. The only real negative was we could hear the tv in the adjoining room next to us and what sounded like a young child running back and forth repeatedly in a room. But other than fairly thin walls, it was a great overnight stay. Most everyone was respectfully quiet."

"The front desk lady in the evening was very kind when we came to her about my fitted sheet on my bed had face makeup all over it. On the side, in the middle and on front of fitted sheet. She offered if we wanted to upgrade to a nicer room. We opted out because my disabled daughter was already asleep in the other bed and it wasn't worth waking her up. "Property was clean and worth the cost. I would definitely stay there again. It was perfect location for my visit to Castle Rock. Lots of choices for food. Only problem was office said 24 hours but they locked office door at night and was unable to get anyone. They did put a number to call"

"It was a nice place to stay and served our needs for the days we were there. The shower curtain rod was a little weak and the internet was slightly unreliable, but the room was clean, the staff was nice, and there were complimentary cookies and coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby which were appreciated. The breakfast was also very good."

"We got there late at night around 11pm because we were doing a roadtrip coming from afar. Office was closed but staff was inside as expected of a motel there should be a night shift staff assigned. Instead of him welcoming us he just said “Office was closed an hour ago”. So what? You have a motel business even if your guest arrived in the wee hour there’s should always be an available staff to check in unless it was clearly stated in the reservation that there is a time limit for when to check...

"When we arrived, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled due to "over booking". I made the reservation 2 months in advance. Never received notice that it had been cancelled. The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all and didn't offer any help or compassion about our reservation being cancelled.
