"I had asked for a handicap shower for my spouse. I was assigned room 106 which still had the previous guest gear. I was give room 112 which was not handicap and small. On our previous visit the electricity had just gone out. The wife had placed her diamond wedding band in the drawer with the Bible. Since the room was hot they relocated too a nother room. Sometime after that the ring was removed. I'll not stay there again. We had no air or electricity till the early morning hours. They might as well get rid of their so called"

"Front desk staff was amazing! No matter how low we turned the AC the room never cooled off so we had to use a box fan that the front desk gave us. Extremely frustrating considering the price of the room. Housekeeping never came to the room the entire 4 days we were there even after the front desk confirming on our arrival that we needed daily service due to the reason we were there. "

"Nice breakfast selection of hot and cold items. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly during check in. Overall hotel seemed clean and maintained. I did see a spot the housekeeping had missed behind my bathroom door. I excused because if door had been open during the clean, it would not have been seen. Elevator worked during our first day, but it did happen to break our last day. They were working on it when we left. Swimming area looked nice but the pool room was too warm for us. When you walk in it seems warm and humid with condensation on some windows. The AC worked well in bedroom and beds were comfortable."
