"Property has a great location and the owner(s) have done a very nice job decorating this unit. We had terrible weather during our stay which may adversely affect my comments here. As a healthy 70 year old I found it very difficult get our luggage to this third floor without an elevator and I didn’t like our car being exposed to balconies overhanging with partying occurring above. The ocean view from the unit is fantastic."

"Not so good. This condo felt sparsely prepared. There was only 1 kitchen towel for our 4 day stay, even though there is no dishwasher and you have to hand wash and dry your dishes. In spite of a big spice rack in the kitchen corner there was no salt or pepper. The A/C filter was Very dirty (pic attached), there was no hanger for the hand towel in the downstairs 1/2 bath and no vanity to lay it on.
