"Property was perfect for a couple, very cozy. Just off main boulevard in St Pete so we could walk to the beach or peruse the shops. Great brewery around the corner too"

"This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. "

"This is an amazing place, right where you want to be, beautiful scenery and old Florida feel. The ONLY negative I can say is the shower is weird. It’s a strange shape and it’s hard to use…… it worth the struggle to be here. When we visit next time, we will stay here. "
