"The staff was exceptional! They all where friendly and very attentive. The spa was great. The setting in and around hotel was fabulous."

"Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. We didn't get to use much in the way of amenities, but they certainly looked nice and well maintained. Parking was a little bit of an issue, but they know about it and look to be in the process of addressing it. We got back really late from a concert, so we basically parked in a shallow ditch area on the property which made us concerned about our car getting broke into, but they assured us they had camera's pointing in that area. "We’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that were better than this. There was a $50 deposit for any incidentals and then put us in a room with a caved in wall panel and a hole. I took a picture so we wouldn’t get dinged for it. That was the first time we stayed, we went to Savannah for one night and then came back and stayed 2 more nights at this hotel They again charged us another $50 deposit which was taken out bank immediately. "Room had a dried liquid spill on kitchen floor, air conditioner was absolutely annoying with the noise it makes while running, counter in kitchen had stains in it that couldn’t be removed with wiping it down, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, toilet had to be flushed twice and I was very unhappy with stay. Price is what you get. Changed places after my stay there for a week. Laundry room and t.v were my only positives."

She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean .
