Wonderful hotel, staff, location

Very different to other hotel chains. To others, try it!

Superbe resort en pleine nature, à deux pas de la Grotte et de la source de Volvic. Equipe très sympathique et logements en bois superbes et bien agencés. Un vrai retour à la nature. Je recommande sans hésiter et prévois d'y retourner prochainement.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities for such a remote destination. Very safe as well

D'un excellent rapport qualité -prix, cet hôtel propose des chambres assez grandes, d'une propreté irréprochable, et confortables.

We loved our stay at La Tour Gregoire. Karima was so warm, kind and helpful to us and breakfast was fantastic. We have travelled around France and Spain for over 3 weeks and we loved La Tour Gregoire the best. Thanks Karima! :-)

Quick one nigh stay. Great views of city with easy access. Next to thermal spa but didn't use. Great restaurant and wine list. Close to other local bars and restaurants

We arrived after the reception had closed. We called ahead as per the instruction in order to get the out of hours code…this was smooth and the hotel were swift in their communication to me. Highly recommend as a rest stop

Excellent but would have liked a kettle in room. Also we didn’t know we were on third floor without a lift. I have mobility problems so this was a problem

Excellent hotel ! Within close proximity of Clermont Ferrand’s airport and the Michelin centres. Lovely house keeping, breakfast service, and a clean room with pleasant amenities. I would recommend this hotel to those travelling to Clermont.
