"The staff had trouble checking me in. Internet service didn't work. There was an ice bucket in my room, but when I inquired at the front desk, I was told the ice machine was broken. My room was missing a smoke detector, which I question whether the facility met fire requirements. My impression was it was an old facility lacking in updating and maintenance."

"The stay had a mix of ups and downs. Unfortunately, the night staff wasn’t very helpful or welcoming, which made check-in and a few evening questions a bit frustrating. Also, the hot tub was broken during our stay, which was disappointing since that was something we were really looking forward to using. On the positive side, the morning staff completely turned the experience around. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about the guests. The manager was also very outgoing and took time to chat and make sure everyone was taken care of, which made a big difference. Overall, not a terrible stay, but a few improvements with the night staff and maintenance would make it much better. The morning team definitely deserves credit for their great service!"

"The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Check in was super easy. It was quiet and comfortable. Parking was well lit and good. Lots of restaurants close by and a 7-Eleven right down the street that had good coffee. I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in Imokalee. "
