"My niece graduated from U of H and we chose this hotel as it was on campus and convenient for commuting to commencement. The hotel staff was nice and they were attentive to all of our needs. There’s the campus coffee shop right across from the hotel and a restaurant inside. Room was clean and modern. Shout out to Vincent who texted to check on every day of our stay. I definitely recommend. "

"The check-in was super easy. The air-conditioning was super loud and wakes you out of you sleep ever time it came on. The shower wasn't cleaned properly and had hair from the previous guess. Overall i would definitely stay again when i visit. The valet staff was excellent "

"The lobby and room were very nice, the staff is friendly, it is walkable to Rice University and Rice Village and the Med Center, it's off the main drag a block so it's quiet, I like that they have a coffee and snack bar in the lobby, and I like they have a rooftop patio with chairs and sofas and firepits and a pool."

"The staff and service were outstanding. Very friendly people and quick to communicate. The grounds could use some work as some of the exterior is in disrepair and could use some replacement. The couches in the suite were very stained and need a deep clean. However, I truly appreciated the impeccable service, professionalism, and friendly staff. I did not have even one bad experience with the staff they were all fantastic. "
