"The staff at Aqua Soleil were genuinely friendly, accommodating, and clearly doing the best they could with what they have. My disappointment is with the property itself, not the employees.
We booked the Soleil Suite (Private Pool Suite) for about $700 for two nights expecting a premium experience, but the room felt more like a dated motel room with a private spa attached. While the private mineral pool was the highlight, nearly everything else felt decades behind the price point.
